Apple Juice Vinaigrette

Ingredients

• 2 tsp. unsweetened apple juice
• 1 tsp. water
• 1 tsp. rice wine vinegar
• 1 tsp. lemon juice
• 1 tsp. olive oil
• 1/4 tsp. sugar

• 1/ tsp. Dijon mustard
• 1/8 tsp. salt
• spring mix salad greens
• assorted fresh fruit

Directions

In a small bowl, whisk the first eight ingredients. Drizzle over greens and fruit.
