This delicious compote can be served so many ways. You can top waffles, ice cream, pound cake, or even cheesecake with it. Top it all off with some whipped cream.
Ingredients:
- 1 container (1 pound) strawberries, hulled and each cut into half
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
Directions:
In large skillet add berries and sugar. Stir gently and let sit for 15 minutes. Cook mixture over medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until sugar dissolves and berries soften slightly. Gently stirring occasionally.
