Slow Cooker Taco Soup


  • 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 28-oz. can diced tomatoes with liquid
  • 1 28-oz can red black beans, drained and rinsed
  • Ad
  • 2 cups frozen whole kernel corn
  • 1 28-oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning mix


Combine all in large slow cooker and stir. If you like it hot add 1 chopped jalapeno pepper. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.

Serve garnished with:

  • bell pepper strips
  • Mexican blend shredded cheese
  • sliced black olives
  • sour cream
  • tortilla chips
