Slow Cooker Taco Soup |

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 28-oz. can diced tomatoes with liquid
- 1 28-oz can red black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups frozen whole kernel corn
- 1 28-oz can tomato sauce
- 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
Directions
Combine all in large slow cooker and stir. If you like it hot add 1 chopped jalapeno pepper. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
Serve garnished with:
- bell pepper strips
- Mexican blend shredded cheese
- sliced black olives
- sour cream
- tortilla chips
