Basil Mayonnaise

Great used as a condiment for assorted sandwiches, wraps, and burgers. Haven't tried it yet as a dipping sauce for artichokes but I'll venture to bet it would be yummy.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 10 basil leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:

Mix ingredients in a bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour for flavors to blend.
