- 2 cups milk
- 1 pint vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1 1/2-2 tsp. rum extract
- ground nutmeg, for garnish
Place milk, yogurt and rum extract in blender container; blend until smooth. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. To serve, stir. Pour into glasses; sprinkle each serving with nutmeg.
