No Bake Coconut Cookies
Directions
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa
Cook to rolling boil, remove from stove and add:
- 3 cups quick oatmeal
- 1 cup nuts
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Drop on wax paper. Do not bake.

I would love to try these cookies, yet don't know how much a stick of margarine is. Can you tell me in cups or tbsps. Thank you. Karyn
