Refreezing Cooked Ribs

I parboiled ribs and then froze them. Now I have thawed them out to put on a grill for browning, etc. Can I refreeze any leftovers?

You certainly can as long as the cooked meat hasn't sat out at room temp for an unsafe period of time or has been sitting in your fridge for too many days !!!

I don't know where I heard it but you can always refreeze meat twice, even uncooked. I have done this for years. I think my mother taught me this. I grew up fine and so have my children.
