- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 3 tsp. vinegar
- 3 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1-3 lb. pork roast
Remove skin from roast. Heat roast for 10 minutes at 300 degrees F. Mix together all ingredients. Pour ingredients over roast and cook at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes per lb. When roast is over 3 lbs., double ingredients.
When done, pull meat off bone and chop into small pieces.
