Try http://www.marthastewart.com and go to her craft area. She has templates for printable tags of many varieties. You need the Adobe Reader which she also has to download, if you need it. Good luck.
You can always use business cards and personalize them on the computer. You can make a page all the same or each different. Just leave room at one end to use a hole punch to put the ribbon through to tie on the package. It is possible to print on both sides of the business cards, so you can put the recipe or serving suggestions on the back. At least the ingredients for some of the people with alergies. Hope this helps.
Have you tried blank business cards? Print out from a program for making your own business cards in the style you want it. Then, once you've printed them out, use a single hole puncher. Put your twist tie in the hole and tie. This also works great for gift tags (if you have a program that also has a gift tag portion on it) except instead of twist tie, you can use curling ribbon. I hope this helps.
