Preserved Barbecued Squid Recipe
Does anyone have a recipe for bottled, barbecued squid? I want to bottle (preserve) some squid but want to try barbecue.

Have you tried ethnic cookbooks or websites? I know that's not really an answer, but I have seen squid recipies in Japanese cookbooks.
