Today I was sitting with my 2 year old in front of his easil. One side has a chalk board and the other is white metal - for dry erase markers. My son came up and placed a magnetic on it. LIGHT BULB GOES ON - why not make my own things out of the magnetic sheets you can buy at office supply stores. There are tons of paper doll templates you can find on the net to print on paper, why not on the magnetic sheets. You could print them out and coior them yourselves or leave them white and have them color them if they are old enough. I am going to make mine out of dragons, dinos and animals since those are my son's favorite. You could do numbers, shapes, letters - the list goes on. They could also be used on the fridge. Talk about a cheap gift that you know they will love. Donna
