Ingredients:
- 1 unbaked pastry shell (9inch)
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. chicken flavor instant bouillon
- 2 cup cubed, cooked chicken
- 1 cup milk
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped tomatoes
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Bake pastry shell for 8 minutes, remove from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F. In medium bowl, toss cheese with flour and bouillon; add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into prepared shell. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Refrigerate leftovers
