Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 bottle cranberry-apple drink
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 4 whole cloves
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 3 whole cardamom seeds, slightly crushed
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds (optional)
- Garnish: orange slices
Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients in a large Dutch oven; let stand until sugar dissolves, stirring often. Tie raisins, cloves cinnamon stick, cardamom, and, if desired, almonds in a cheesecloth bag; add spice bag to juice mixture, and cook over low heat just until hot. Discard spice bag. Serve glogg with orange slices as garnish, if desired.
