Chess Pie

MY FAVORITE:

Ingredients:

• 3 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1 cup butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp cornmeal
• 1 tsp vinegar
• 1 unbaked pie shell.

Directions:

Combine and bake in a pie shell slowly at 350 degrees until a crust forms on the top of the pie and is golden brown (approximately 45 minutes).
