In small bowl, crush croutons or dressing mix. In medium bowl combine cream cheese, 2 tablespoons butter and seasoning. Mix well. Stir in chicken and mushrooms. Set aside. Spread points under. Dip rolls in 3 tablespoons melted butter. Coat well with crumb mix. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F for 15-20 minutes. Serve with gravy.
I am confused toward the end of this recipe starting with 'spread points under'. You must mean to open rolls (then fold roll points under) AND ADD mixture, then roll in crumbs? It sounds good. Thanks, AHA

Something seems to be missing in the directions. Doesn't tell you what to do with the gravy or mix the ingredients all together.
Editor's Note: You serve them with the gravy according to the last line.

These are so good! Great for brunches or to have for an evening with friends. Another one I've found kids to like.
Ingredients:
2 (8 count) cans crescent rolls
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/4 cup milk
4-5 chicken breast fillets, cooked and chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 soup can milk
Directions:
Separate crescent roll dough into 8 rectangles. Beat cream cheese, butter, and 1/4 cup milk in mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Stir in chicken, onion, and celery. Spread cream cheese mixture on each rectangle, and roll to enclose filling. Place on nonstick baking sheet. Bake 18-20 minutes or until brown on 350 degrees F. Spoon heated mixture of soup and 1/2 soup can milk over roll-ups.
