Sweet Potato Souffle

My daughters and husband are fans of this recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (64 oz.) can sweet potatoes, drained
  • 2 cups honey
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • Advertisement

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/3 box cornstarch
  • 1 cup brown sugar

Directions:

Puree sweet potatoes in blender or food processor. Add 1 item at a time, blending well. Add cornstarch a little at a time, to prevent clumping. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until set.

Servings: 6
Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cooking Time: 60 Minutes
