Keep Dust Mites Off Your Bed Naturally

When I change the sheets on my bed, I place a clothes softener sheet on each corner of the clean mattress pad. Then I put the fitted sheet over that, followed by the top sheet. Dust mites hate the smell, so they stay away!

How do you know there are dust mites on your bed? They cannot be seen with the naked eye. I never heard of having dust mites on a bed.

Yup they are there but too small to be seen with the naked eye, you would be surprised what will hide in your bed unseen (given a chance). he he.

How do you know that dust mites hate the smell of dryer sheets?

Don't know if it's true but I read that the dryer sheets keep bed bugs away!
