Pineapple Pork Chops
- 6 chops
- 1 can crushed pineapple and juice (8 oz.)
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
Trim off fat from chops, place fat in skillet until it sizzles. Add chops, cook 3 minutes on each side. Remove fat and pour off grease.
In small bowl, mix crushed pineapple and juice, 2 Tbsp. brown sugar, 1/4 cup vinegar and 1/4 cup honey. Pour over chops. Cook 20-30 minutes.
