If it is real leather, use leather dye. It is similar to shoe polish
In a pinch, you can use a paste shoe polish, but you will need to buff it out as it can rub off onto other items.
I would go to a shoe repair shop. They have those dyes there for purchase. If the jacket means a lot to you, have a professional fix it.
