Try looking at: "Allrecipies.com" If that doesn't have it google it. :) Good luck with this.

Years ago my mom made a very simple pizza dough with self-rising flour, instead of yeast. It was very good, but unfortunately I've lost the recipe. Please help.

RE: Self-Rising Pizza Dough

Hope this is what you're looking for, haven't tried it yet (ABM dough is too delicious and easy, read lazy, for me to give it up yet). Lizaixi

Easy Pizza Crust Yield: 1 Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Self-rising flour
  • 3 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2/3 cup Beer or club soda
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Preparation:

In 2quart bowl mix 1st 3 ingredients just till combined. Pour in beer (Club Soda), and oil; stir until smooth and thick (like biscuit dough). Spread over 12 or 13 inch round pizza pan sprayed with Pam. Brought to you courtesy of ThePizza.Shop (08/06/2004)
