- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 cup flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- pinch salt
- 1 pkg. vanilla pudding (regular size, NOT sugar-free)
- 1 pkg. strawberry gelatin (regular size)
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip
- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
For Crust: Mix and put in 10 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
For Filling: Mix together. Bring to a boil; chill until congealed. Fold in Cool Whip and strawberries. Pour into baked crust.
