My husband loves rhubarb anything, so he's always happy to have this recipe.
Ingredients:
4 cups rhubarb, cut up
4 cups sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
Directions:
Boil rhubarb and sugar together until tender, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add gelatin. Stir until dissolved and cool. Pour into containers and freeze.
