Rhubarb Jam

Ingredients:

  • 5 cups rhubarb (cut up)
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 box Jello

Directions:

Mix rhubarb and sugar; refrigerate overnight. Boil 10 minutes. Add Jello. Put in jars, and cool. Store in the refrigerator.

Rhubarb Jam

My husband loves rhubarb anything, so he's always happy to have this recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups rhubarb, cut up
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin

Directions:

Boil rhubarb and sugar together until tender, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add gelatin. Stir until dissolved and cool. Pour into containers and freeze.

Servings: 6-8
Prep Time: 10-20 Minutes
Cooking Time: 5 Minutes
