Peanut Butter Temptations

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1 1/4 cup flour
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla

• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 3/4 tsp. baking soda
• 1 large pkg. Reese's Peanut Butter Cups

Directions:

Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars. Beat in egg and vanilla. Sift flour, soda and salt. Blend into creamed mixture and mix well. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Shape into 1 inch balls and put into 1 1/2 inch muffin tins (rims greased). Bake 8-10 minutes until lightly brown.

Immediately after out of oven, put peanut butter cup in the middle. Cool 40 minutes and remove from tin. Makes 48.
