Ingredients
- 1 package refrigerated tortellini
- 1 cup coarsely chopped broccoli
- 1 cup coarsely chopped cauliflower
- 2 small carrots, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
- 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce (opt.)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain. In large bowl, combine tortellini, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, onion, garlic, dressing and pepper sauce. Sprinkle cheese over top; serve immediately. Note: One 8 oz. package of small pasta shells, cooked, can be substituted for the tortellini.
