Cleaning Old Linoleum |
|
|
I was almost ready to put down some new linoleum in my kitchen. Regular mopping had not cleaned it and the dirt seemed grounded in. I mopped again in preparation, but this time I made up my own cleaning solution... 50% Bleach, 50% Water and some liquid dishwashing detergent. Wow, it took up all the dirt. It looks like new. I can hardly believe it.

Right on Linne, my old dish soap had ammonia! I stopped using it when i saw the bleach warning.

liquid dishwashing detergent and bleach will not kill you, amonia and bleach will. judy's mix was a great idea and a safe way to clean linoleum floors.

Read the Bottle & Never do this again. The fumes could have Killed You. Never Mix Dish Detergent with Bleach or Ammonia! A Clean Floor will Never be worth Dying For!
