Chocolate Mint Flip

  • 1/2 c. cocoa malt
  • 1 c. hot milk
  • 3 c. cold water
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1/4 t. peppermint flavoring
  • 1/2 pt. vanilla ice cream

Add cocoa malt to hot milk; stir until dissolved. Add cold milk, salt and flavorings. Chill. Just before serving, pour into blender; add ice cream. Mix until well blended. Serve.
