Rubberbands on Plastic Hangers

Twist rubberbands around the ends of plastic coat hangers to keep clothing from slipping off.

I like this idea, too. Not many of us can afford those fancy hangers. I'm sure this would also work with metal hangers. The only down side, potentially, is that rubber bands rot if not in frequent use. You'd need to trade out and put on fresh rubber bands every few weeks as this happens.

Good idea :-) I use the twistie ties from the market produce section :-)
