Chinese Chews

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup pecans (chopped)
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
Ad

Directions:

Cream the butter and brown sugar. Add the flour.

Mix and pat in an 8x8 pan and bake at 350 degrees F until golden.

Mix together remaining ingredients and spread on crust. Bake until brown, about 15 to 20 minutes.
