Could the recipe for chicken and Russian dressing be done in the slow cooker instead of the oven?

OVEN OR STOVE-TOP COOKING TIME FOR:
15 to 30 minutes:
low cooking time = 4 to 6 hours
high cooking time = 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours
35 to 45 minutes:
low cooking time = 6 to 8 hours
high cooking time = 3 to 4 hours
50 minutes to 3 hours:
low cooking time = 8 to 16 hours
high cooking time = 4 to 6 hours
