And here are the time conversions (keep in mind that cooking meats on low will be less dry and more tender):

OVEN OR STOVE-TOP COOKING TIME FOR:

15 to 30 minutes:
low cooking time = 4 to 6 hours
high cooking time = 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours

35 to 45 minutes:

high cooking time = 3 to 4 hours

50 minutes to 3 hours:
low cooking time = 8 to 16 hours
high cooking time = 4 to 6 hours
