Coconut Custard Dessert

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs well beaten
  • 1/4 cup melted butter, cooled
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 1 tsp. grated lime
  • 1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 2 cups of milk
Topping:
  • 1/2 pint whipped cream
  • 1 tsp. grated lime
  • 3 tsp. confectioners sugar

Directions

Mix all ingredients in order and blend until thickened. Pour into 9x13 inch pyrex and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Cool. Mix together topping ingredients until thick and pour on top of custard. Very good.
