Combine corn and sugars. Add eggs and oil. Beat until well blended. Combine dry ingredients and add to batter. Mix well. Last stir in raisins and nuts. Pour in greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
Bring butter and sugar to a boil. Remove and stir in milk. Stir in powdered sugar until desired consistency. Frost cooled cake. Something different, but very good!
