Ingredients

• 5 large potatoes, cubed
• 1 or 2 small onions

Directions

Cook (with salt, to taste) until partially done. Place in buttered baking dish. Cover with cheese sauce.

Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

• 3 Tbsp. butter
• 3 Tbsp. flour
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 2 cups milk
• 1/8 tsp. pepper
• 1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Directions

Bake in 300 degree F oven until top of mixture is brown but not too dry.
