Ingredients

  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 large container sour cream
  • pickles
  • corned beef

(Pickles and beef, use as much as desired)

Directions

Soften cream cheese. Chop pickles and corned beef. Mix cream cheese, pickles and corned beef together. Add sour cream. I start with 1 spoonful of sour cream and see how creamy it is. if not easy to stir, add more until you can stir easily.

I love this dip! I use almost a whole jar of dill pickle spears, chopped. (About 8 spears), 1 pkg. cream cheese, 2-2 oz. packages of corned beef, chopped.
Add a little pickle juice. Add 2 T. sour cream. Mix all ingredients and serve with Wheat thins or Club crackers.

Specific measurements would be helpful- also approximate serving size.

Why is this called Wrapped Pickle Dip? Are the pickles wrapped in something to eat? such as ham or other meat? Just wondering. Thanks

My family loves the wrapped pickles and at every family gathering it is a must that we make them. I am going to try this dip for them. I was wondering tho, do you serve this with veggies or chips or does it matter? Thank you for sharing this.
