What is the difference between saline solution for eyes and saline solution for contacts?

If you're asking if the two are interchangable I don't know. I'd imagine both are sterile and are safe for eyes, but eye drops might not be suitable for storing contacts. Some of these drops contain added moisturizing ingredients.

In these cases I generally think it's better to use the product as it was intended. But I agree, ask your eye doctor or pharmacist to be sure.

It is the same stuff. You can make your own by mixing 1 tsp. salt and 1 qt. of distilled water.
