Cranberry Sweet Potato Bake |

This is a real easy recipe that uses a small amount of ingredients, is delicious, formal, and loved by kids
Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 oz. each) cut sweet potatoes, drained
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade, warmed
Directions
Place sweet potatoes in a greased 11-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Sprinkle with cranberries and pecans; spoon marmalade over top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 20-30 minutes or until heated through.
Yield: 4-6 servings
