I planted two semi dwarf bing cherry trees. The leaves look like something has been chewing on them. What should I do?

Spray them with natural insect repellent. We have six dwarf fruit trees [including two bing cherry] and there's always some kind of bug eating on the leaves and/or the fruit! We mix up a basic spray with dish soap, garlic juice, cayenne pepper and water. Make sure to reapply after rain!
