Reducing Lint on Black Pants?

I have a pair of black jeans that get linty 10 minutes after having them on. How can I prevent this?

Do you use fabric softener when you wash your jeans? It might help to repel the lint. Good luck!

I know what you mean. I just bought two pair of black jeans, put them on, sat on the bed and was shocked at how much cat hair, dog hair and lint clung to them. I tried to get it off with a lint remover brush and wasn't very successful. I returned them. Too much trouble.

Try rubbing them down with a new or used dryer sheet after putting them on. I have several pair of black slacks and this works for me.

I also take a dryer sheet with me to wipe slacks down when going somewhere where there are pets, wiping down after I leave.
