Freezing Gooey Butter Cakes

Does anyone know if Paula Deen's Gooey Butter Cakes freeze well? I need to make one for an event and would like to make it ahead of time.

yes, you can freeze Paula Deen's Gooey Butter Cakes. Freeze as whole or already sliced. Use plastic wrap. I have kept them up to a month.
