Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 egg
- 2 tbs. ketchup
- 1 cup shredded Italian style 5 cheese blend, divided
- 2 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pkg. Shake-n-Bake
- Hamburger buns
Directions
Mix meat, egg, ketchup, 1/2 cup of cheese, Worcestershire sauce and Shake-n-Bake mix. Shape into 4 patties. Place in non stick skillet, cover, cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Turn burgers over, sprinkle evenly with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Cook uncovered 5 minutes or until burgers are cooked through.
