We bought a Curtis 1924 LCD TV and were wondering how to work the remote. We can't enter 2 digits and we can use the arrows down from channel 9 down to 6, but not up. Let us know what we need to do.

Is there a --/- button on the remote that looks like 3 dashes with a slash in between? If so, press this button once and you should be able to enter 2 digits. I hope this helps.
