Spicy Cranberry Relish
- 2 cups coarsely ground cranberries
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 2-3 Tbsp. horseradish
Grind cranberries and onion. Add sugar, sour cream, horseradish. Mix. Taste for horseradish content; add more if desired. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Serve chilled. May be frozen.
