Leaves Turning Brown on Green Peppers

All the leaves are turning brown drying up and falling off. See photo attached.

Michael, I just have my doubts that you grow anything there very well do you? You appear to have a clay type soil and it is very dry without even a weed. You can't grow peppers or anything without food and water. Tell us about the soil and your growing conditions please.
