Basil Cream Sauce
- 1 oz. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. garlic, pureed
- 3 cups sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. fresh, chopped basil
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 1/2 cup whipping cream
- salt and pepper to taste
