I have a friend who is going into Army ROTC, and I need a little help. We have been friends forever, but we aren't boyfriend and girlfriend. I want to give him something, that tells him how good a friend he is, but it can't be too personal. He says that he can't really have a lot up there due to regulations, so what should I get him?
