Take 1/2 green pepper, coarsely chopped and stir fry in 2 Tbsp. of oil for 2-3 minutes. Move to side of pan and add a portion of cod fillet. Brown fish on both sides and then add:
- 1/2 tsp. tomato sauce (or chili sauce)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Cook over low heat for about 5 minutes.
