You can make a poorman's specialty coffee by adding cinnamon, nutmeg, and chocolate flavored creamer to a 1/2 cup of coffee, adding milk and microwaving for 2 min. (Adding the spices also works to spiff up the regular cafe au lait at the coffee bar to save you a dollar or two.)
