Ingredients
- 3 cups cake flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup milk
- 5 egg whites
Directions
Sift together dry ingredients. Set aside. Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla. Add flour alternately with milk. Fold in egg whites which have been beaten until stiff. Pour into two greased and floured 9 inch cake pans or one 9x13 inch pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
