My answer would also be trumpet vine, or as my mother calls it, hummingbird vine. This is a pretty plant, but be careful on choosing a location as it is very invasive. I planted one in a bad spot, and had to dig it up and move it about 4 years ago, and I still pull new growth in the old spot every spring. Harlean from Arkansas

It looks like trumpet vine to me. I can't really tell by the pic but try looking up trumpet vine and see if it matches. Good luck!
