Alma's Pineapple Salad

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup pineapple juice (from a can of crushed pineapple)
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tablespoons cornstarch

Boil till thickened. Cool and add:

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 cup grated American or Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped nuts

Chill till ready to serve.
