Low Fat Frozen Treat
Good while dieting.
- 1 8 oz. tub of non fat Cool Whip
- 2 6 oz. cups of flavored non fat yogurt
- 5 5 oz. paper cups
- 5 popsicle sticks
Fold flavored yogurt into cool whip. Spoon into paper cups. Stand popsicle stick in the center, put into freezer for about 3 hours till frozen. I sometimes cut a banana, put stick into center of banana and spoon the mixture into the cup. Can also use sliced strawberries, and other fruit.
So refreshing and it satisfies my sweet tooth with very little calories.

I bookmarked this I think it sounds delicious. Maybe my diabetic husband would like it with the chocolate cool whip?
